This picture I just found funny because of my love for blogs. It's so true that the reason they start out is so you can say whatever you want and the chances are that not many people (even within the range of your relatives) will read it. But oh well, here I am, still saying whatever the heck I want to say.Speaking of blogs, this week I discovered one of my favorite blogs ever thanks to my mom! It's called "Confessions from a Mormon Bachelor Pad". It's written by these two boys in Salt Lake (anonymous, as is everything on their blog) and they talk about anything and everything, especially the dating world. It is incredibly entertaining and hilarious. I always look forward to a new post and I've converted a few of my roommates to MBP also. It's funny because when my mom first told me about it, I though it sounded stupid and ridiculous, now I can't get enough! It's awesome.
A friend of mine borrowed my zip drive the other day and this is what I found saved on it. Not really sure what it is or what it was used for...but it's kinda a neat picture. So there it is. Posted for the world to see. Hopefully it wasn't supposed to be some secret or something.Tonight I am traveling down to Weber State University to watch our Men's Basketball team take on the Wildcats (that name just makes me want to gag. thank you High School Musical). This game is the first one of the official season! WOOT! It's gonna be a good game! I hear Weber actually has a decent team and the last time we played down there we lost. No bueno! So it's gonna be rough but the Spectrum on Wheels (the name we have for the group of students that go to away games. The Spectrum is where we play at home, so away from home...on wheels!) will be there loud and clear to show our love for the Aggies and our disdain for any opponent of ours, tonight Weber State. After the game, rather than drive through the evil Sardine Canyon late at night, we are staying the night at Desiree's parents' house who live just 20 minutes away from Weber. Then we'll come back in the morning and go to the second to last football game at 1 pm. Oh yeah and at some point, finish this paper. Totally doable before I leave work! :) Busy but fun weekend!
Game Day shirt on: Check!
Packed for overnight trip: Check!
New decal on my car that says "Utah State University": Check!
As soon as work gets out, I'm hitting the road! GO AGGIES! GO AGGIES! HEY! HEY! HEY!
You must have the world's coolest mom because I know I have the world's coolest daughter. :-) XO
ReplyDeleteUnbelievable! I borrowed a zip drive from my friend for a couple hours who had borrowed it from someone else... that was one of the pictures I used it for.
ReplyDeleteIt is a picture of a kid singing "All the Small Things" by Blink 182 to a group of seagulls. It was a huge secret because his parents think Blink 182 are the spawn of Satan (not true) and will ground him if they see it. Hopefully they don't stumble across your blog. Poor Chen... I took it with my phone camera... pretty snazzy eh?
I'm freaking out that that somehow ended up in your hands and now on your blog...
wild.

Holy cow that's crazy! Poor Chen. I hope his parents don't find my blog. The last thing I want is for people to think he's dishonored his family. But really, the chances of pictures transferring from zip drives in Logan all the way to Salt Lake. That's pretty incredible stuff.
